AI Training & Team Workshops
Teach staff to use AI on real tasks and check the quality of its output.
The problem
Staff have access to AI tools but are unsure which information they can use, how to check an answer, or when a human review is needed.
We build a hands-on workshop around approved examples from one department. Participants complete the task themselves and leave with a repeatable review procedure.
What we handle for you.
Role-specific practice
Use sample tasks from the team’s daily work, with sensitive information removed.
Output review
Practice checking sources, spotting missing information, and escalating uncertainty.
What you walk away with.
- A facilitated workshop for one team
- Reusable exercises and a review checklist
Available with this service after launch.
This is not a separate service. It is the ongoing support option for keeping AI Training & Team Workshops useful, maintained, and improving as your business changes.
In practice
Practice on the work staff actually do
A support workshop might ask participants to draft a response from an approved policy, find an unsupported claim, and revise the draft before sharing it.
Bring a recurring task and the AI tools staff are allowed to use.
Plan a team workshop →Frequently asked questions
Can different departments train separately?
Yes. Choose exercises based on the tasks, permissions, and review standards of the participating team.
How can managers assess learning?
Use a sample task and review rubric before and after the session. Check source verification and escalation decisions as well as task completion.
Do participants need technical experience?
A business-user workshop can start with everyday tasks such as reviewing a draft or checking a source. Developer sessions can be scoped separately.
Can we use our own materials in the exercises?
Yes, using approved or anonymized examples. Confirm what may be entered into the chosen tool before preparing the exercises.
What do staff take away from a session?
Exercises, examples of acceptable output, and a checklist for reviewing future work. The materials should reflect the tasks practiced during the session.
Can training include mistakes and unsafe inputs?
Yes. Practice with a missing source, an inaccurate answer, and a request containing restricted information so staff learn when to stop and escalate.
